Testimony:

I had suffered from really bad eczema on my left leg for four years.  Despite going to the doctors several times for steroid creams, it just wouldn’t go. I would wake up at night because it was so itchy, and during the day, it would be really painful.

 

My husband and I visited the Healing Rooms in Nailsea in November, 2007, as we had heard about the Healing Rooms, and we wanted to visit the team.

 

We were met with such warmth and love when we met the Healing Room team, and I took the opportunity to ask them to pray for my eczema.  The team prayed that God would heal me and they also anointed with oil.

 

I had specific prayer against the spirit of torment and illness in my life – that was so true because I felt like my eczema was ‘tormenting’ me! They told me that I would know freedom in God, too.

 

Two weeks after the prayer session at the HR, Nailsea, I noticed that my eczema had stopped weeping and new skin had started to grow.  I was amazed!

 

It’s now the beginning of January and I don’t suffer from eczema anymore; new skin has completely formed over the old and there is no pain or itching.  It’s so nice to go to sleep without waking up at night to scratch my eczema- all glory and praise to God.  I’m living in the freedom that Christ brings as I’m completely healed.

 

Testimony:

I was trialling some new contact lenses. The optician wanted me to use a long distance lens in one eye and short distance in the other. I found this whole experience extremely difficult and as a result to the strain on my eyes and brain I had a bad headache and felt disorientated. The headache and strain continued for several hours.  A friend from healing rooms offered to pray for me. She then went home. As soon as she left the house my headache went. It was amazing. I kept saying “It’s gone!”

 

Testimony:

 

I had a bad pain in my hip for 2 weeks. It was so uncomfortable and was there all the time. It made life very unpleasant. I went to the healing rooms meeting and had decided to ask for prayer when there was opportunity. Someone said “there is someone here who needs prayer and I know where they are sitting.” I said I need prayer because of my hip. The person said well you are sitting in the direction where I knew the person needed prayer. Anyway my hip was prayed for – it felt a little better. When I woke the next morning it had completely gone and I have had no hint of pain since.
